I just found out this morning the shoes I purchaed for my daughter are defective. One in-step is higher than the other. I am forwarding to her my e-mails from Amazon regarding this purchase and she will return the shoes. I will assume she will want another pair - same color, size, etc. and your company will comply.
This is the first time an order from your company has been defective.

| All of my other New Balance shoes are 7.5 D (wide width) and fit perfectly. I ordered these (New Balance WW558) in a size 7.5 D and they were way too small - far too narrow and a hint too short. I'm disappointed and now leery of ordering a different shoe online. I would order a size up and a size wider if I were to do over. |
