| I chose this bike because of the "customers who purchased this item..." section. I thought that I would be getting the best deal for my money. But instead I got a really bad bike. The front tire is bent, the handle bars need to be replaced they are bent. I have to fix everything on this bike. I wish that I had read all the reviews I would not have bought this bike. I would, and I am telling anyone and everytone do not buy this bike it is not made very well!!! I will be very weary of buying anything that Amazon suggests from now on. |

| I do most of my shopping from Amazon and up to this I have bee satisfied. The bike's front tire was bent, it needs a tuneup and okay, well, since we need it for this weekend, my husband said we can pay for that. The handlebar was so badly scratched and damaged, the speed gears do not work. I asked Amazon to replace the bar and they said they don't do that, I'd have to return the whole bike for a refund or exchanage. I explained I really needed it for the weekend and would use it damaged or not until the new handlebar came in. They said the same thing. In the end, after several emails, I ended up with a damaged bike, we have to replace the handlebar ourselves, get it tuned up etc...But HEY! Amazon offered us a whole $5 towards my next purchase, for my troubles. Wonder if I can ride that coupon this weekend. Thanks for nothing. All we wanted was a new handlebar! |

| The bike was already bent in a couple different places and scratched extremely bad before taken it out of the box. Like the other person said they wasnt any damage to the box making it appear all damages happened before it was put in the box to be shipped. Other then that it isn't to hateful, although I can tell its not going to be hard to break, because its not made to great. |

| Overall, this is a very nice bike for the price. Before I got this bike I had a 21 speed and was skeptical about switching to an 18 speed, but the difference was not that noticeable to me. I pull my kids in a bike trailer too, and the bike works just fine. The only conn is that the seat is a little ridged but you can get a more comfortable one, I just haven't yet. |

Front wheel was badly bent right out of the box and needed to be replaced. Box had no signs of damage so it looks like it was put into the box this way. I replaced the front rim at my own expense and assembled the bike only to find it also needed a tuneup. The gear shifters were not adjusted properly and shifting would often result in the chain jumping back and forth.
I didn't want to pay for a tuneup and hope there wouldn't be other expenses down the road to deal with so I decided to return the bike and buy something local I can get a look at before we buy. |
