| Pacific Gray's Peak Girl's 24-Inch's Dual-Suspension Mountain Bike by Pacific Poorly made bicycle |
I was not expecting a "pro" bike, but neither was I expecting as poorly made a product as this. I have 3 bikes of my own and all the tools to fix a bike. My kids seem to grow through their bikes so fast I decided to save some money and buy one online. Big mistake. This bike weighs a ton (about 40 pounds) and the ball bearings in the hubs are so poorly made turning the wheels quite an effort to move. (This is after I trued the wheels as well as possible.) Waste of money and not worth effort to even return, though I should. Spend another $100. and get a better bike. All the components on this bike are quite cheap and fall apart quite easily if you try to adjust.
I do not reveiw products often but this one is such a bad clunker I felt the need to warn people to avoid. |

| Bike damaged inside of box (seat and rear reflector). Exterior of box had no sign of damage, but box is much larger than bike which allows the bike to slide back and forth. Rear wheel - tire had to be installed onto rim, rim is already attached to bike frame. Front tire was already installed on rim with air in it, so that only requires mounting the front wheel assembly to the bike frame. Assembly booklet covers different models which makes it harder to follow the assembly and adjustments. All parts will require lubrication - Bike was very squeaky on the suspensions areas. Granddaughter is happy with getting the bike |
